1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional bridal makeup, hair styling, and related beauty services for weddings and special events.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 7 days before your event date
• All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Service Delivery

We will arrive at the specified location at the agreed time. Any changes to timing or location must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used, provided proper consultation has been conducted.
